Keyani & Sons have been supplying the fast food industry with our signature Halal doner kebabs, frozen foods and food service essentials since the early 1990’s. Due to our excellent service and strong customer relationships we have become one of the largest kebab manufacturers and food distributors within the UK.

All of our kebabs are made using the finest cuts of meat sourced from New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom. Our aromatic herbs and fragrant spices are carefully selected from West Africa and South Asia providing the unique and unforgettable taste in our kebabs. This secret recipe was developed within our family over 25 years ago and continues to be one of the highest quality kebabs made in the UK.

In addition to our range of lamb and chicken kebabs, we also offer a wide variety of frozen food products ideal for chip shops, pizza parlors, chicken shops and other takeaway restaurants. These include halal burgers, halal sausages, pizza toppings, coated chicken products and much more. We also stock all of the necessities needed for the day-to-day running of a restaurant such as polystyrene meal trays, cleaning products, frying fats, condiments and paper bags.

Quality control is a very important part of our manufacturing process and we ensure that we only supply the best products to all of our customers. We have an on-site quality control manager who ensures that all raw ingredients, processing and final product delivery is of the highest possible standard.

Maintenance of a strict hygiene policy and quality control has gained us a trusted EEC approval allowing us to export to all parts of the globe. We supply to food distributors, wholesalers and takeaways throughout the UK, and also have the capacity and logistical service contacts to supply the international market.

The Keyani & Sons Story

Keyani & Sons was founded in the early 1990’s by Qamar and Nasreen Kayani who had the vision to establish a pioneering halal doner kebab business to cater for the fast food industry. They gained valuable first hand knowledge of the trade through running their own fish & chip shop in Birmingham in the late 1980’s. Here, both Qamar and Nasreen learned that high quality products and great customer service were at the heart of every successful business. The experience and knowledge gained from their humble beginnings established the ethos of the business still used today. Not only does Keyani & Sons maintain the same values and principles as it did 25 years ago, it also uses the same tried and tested recipes.

To achieve the unique Keyani’s flavour, Qamar and Nasreen Kayani went to great lengths to source only the finest ingredients for their signature doner kebab. As part of the research and testing to develop the perfect recipe to give their products a distinctive and delicious taste, they sourced only the highest quality lamb from New Zealand and Australia as well as importing aromatic herbs and fragrant spices directly from West Africa and South Asia.

The original signature recipe has survived the test of time for two decades and enabled Keyani & Sons to become a leading manufacturer and distributor of Halal doner kebabs in the UK. Building from those solid foundations, Keyani & Sons have developed new kebab product ranges that are inspired by our founding principles but also reflect the changing trends in the fast food and takeaway industry.
